Present — Dore, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Order unanimously modified to the extent of directing a hearing before an official referee as to the financial circumstances of the defendant. In the meanwhile the defendant will pay $50 per week on account of alimony and without prejudice to the further order of the court based on the referee's report. As so modified the order is in all respects affirmed, without costs. Settle order on notice.
