On Sunday, September 22, 2024, petitioner filed a copy of an email he sent to respondent's counsel. Viewed in its most favorable light, it appears to be a set of interrogatories. Interrogatories are governed by Rule 71, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of which are available on the Court's website. Rule 71 provides that "neither the interrogatories nor the response shall be filed with the Court."
