ORDER

Jennifer E. Siegel, Special Trial Judge

Petitioner commenced this case on October 21, 2020, in response to a notice of determination dated September 14, 2020, sustaining a proposed levy concerning tax periods in 2010. The Court recently denied respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed January 9, 2024.

Upon due consideration of the record, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 28, 2024, in the Timberlake Federal Annex, 501 East Polk Street, Room 1201, 12th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. This Order constitutes official notice to the parties. It is further

ORDERED that the trial is scheduled for a time and date certain of 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The parties may contact the Court at the telephone number shown in the Standing Pretrial Order to request a more convenient time and date for the trial during the Tampa, Florida trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call on October 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on the parties a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order issued in connection with the October 28, 2024, Tampa, Florida trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall comply with the relevant deadlines identified in the Standing Pretrial Order issued in connection with the Court's Tampa, Florida trial session, except as modified herein:

Deadline 1 is modified to read: "No later than 30 days before the trial: If a party wants to ask the Judge to decide all or part of the case without trial, the party may file a Motion for Summary Judgment."

Deadline 2 is modified to read "No later than 30 days before the trial: the parties should file any motions related to discovery or stipulations."

Deadlines 3, 4, and 5 are modified to replace "before the first day of the trial session" with "before the trial."
