DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect the appeals from the orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated July 31, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals shall be perfected on or before November 1, 2021; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by November 1, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, aor respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeals, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
