In an action to recover damages for fraud, certain defendants appeal from an order granting plaintiffs' motion for their examination before trial. Order affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
