An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 18, 2021 (Mot. Seq. No. 004; Case No. 2021-01352), which granted defendants' motion for summary judgment, denied plaintiffs' cross motion for summary judgment, and dismissed the complaint, which purportedly brings up for review: (1) an order of the same Court, entered on or about July 31, 2018 (Mot. Seq. No. 003; Case No. 2021-01361); (2) an order of the same Court, entered on or about October 19, 2020 (Mot. Seq. No. 005; Case No. 2021-01362); (3) an order of the same Court, entered on or about October 19, 2020 (Mot. Seq. No. 007; Case No. 2021-01363); and (4) an order of the same Court, entered on or about December 28, 2020 (Mot. Seq. No. 008; Case No. 2021-01376), and "any and all interlocutory judgments, decrees, decisions, rulings, verdicts, and opinions that merged into and became part of the March 18, 2021 order...", An plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time in which to perfect the appeal taken from the five aforesaid orders is extended to the April 2022 Term of this Court.
