An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 20, 2023, and said appeal having been perfected, And respondents-respondents having moved for leave to supplement the record on appeal by submitting in camera a confidential affidavit, complaint, and interview report that Supreme Court considered in rendering its decision, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that respondents are directed to file, within 15 days of the date of this order, and under seal for this Court's in camera review, a supplemental record containing the documents reviewed in camera by the Supreme Court.
