On August 13, 2021, the Court issued an Order granting respondent's motion for continuance and denying respondent's Motion to Stay. However, due to an inadvertent clerical error, that Order incorrectly states the parties' status report is due February 14, 2021, instead of February 15, 2022.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Court Order issued August 13, 2021, at Docket Entry Index No. 13 is hereby stricken from the record.
