This case was continued from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial calendar, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned.

On April 12, 2021, respondent filed a status report indicating that the Office of Appeals sent this case back to him for trial preparation and that upon review of the materials, he would reach out to petitioner Edward Frias without undue delay. We will ask respondent to file a status report as to the progress of this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 28, 2021, respondent shall file a status report as to the progress, if any, has been made in this case.
