ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from a trial court's order denying appellant's motion for dismissal pursuant to section 74.351 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Appellant's brief was due on February 26, 2018, and on that day, appellant filed a motion requesting an extension of time of thirty days. In his motion, appellant's counsel states he needs additional time to prepare his brief due to other pressing deadlines he is facing.

After consideration, we GRANT in part and DENY in part appellant's motion for extension of time to file a brief and ORDER that appellant file his brief on or before March 19, 2018.
