By order dated December 6, 2011, the Court granted the motion of The Fein Law Firm, P.C. to withdraw as counsel for appellant. We ordered appellant to notify the Court of the name and address of new counsel within thirty days. We reminded appellant that it could only appear in this Court through counsel, and warned that failure to provide the required information regarding new counsel would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Kunstoplast of Am., Inc. v. Formosa Plastics Corp., 937 S.W.2d 455, 456 (Tex. 1996) (per curiam). To date, appellant has neither provided the information regarding new counsel, nor has anyone entered an appearance on appellant's behalf.
Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
