Present — Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.


Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff-wife, due to the collision of an ambulance with the car of the defendant Meyer, in which said plaintiff was riding. Companion action of the plaintiff-husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment of the County Court of Westchester County, as amended by order dated May 29, 1941, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
