On December 6, 2021, petitioners filed the petition. On July 12, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Joint Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Decision incorrectly states that the notice of deficiency was mailed on December 13, 2021.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed July 12, 2022, and Joint Settlement Stipulation, filed July 12, 2022, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
