796 So. 2d 626 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

Case No. 1D01-1439

Opinion filed October 9, 2001.

Petition to Review Non-Final Agency Action — Original Jurisdiction.

Robert H. Blank and Russell A. Wade, III of Earl, Blank, Kavanaugh Stotts, P.A., Miami, for Petitioner.

Jerome W. Hoffman, Susan L. Kelsey, and Jennifer Parker LaVia, of Holland Knight, L.L.P., Tallahassee, for Respondents.

The petitioner challenges the administrative law judge's non-final order denying the petitioner's motion to disqualify the law firm Holland Knight, L.L.P., from representing respondent Big Bend Transfer Company in the administrative proceedings at issue. We have jurisdiction. Fla.R.App.P. 9.100(c)(3). Having reached the merits of the petition, we accordingly deny it.

PETITION DENIED.

WEBSTER, BROWNING, and POLSTON, JJ., CONCUR.
