ORDER

The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association filed a motion with this Court asking to be allowed to participate in oral arguments as amicus curiae set in this Court on March 28, 2018. The oral arguments were rescheduled to May 9, 2018 and two proceedings were added to be presented by oral argument that same day and a third added for submission without oral argument. The Court grants the motion and will allow the TCDLA to participate in the arguments on May 9, 2018 as amicus curiae. The procedure, order, and length of the arguments has not yet been established.
