DAMAGES, § 414 — when award for fractures of leg and ankle not excessive. Award of damages of $4,500 to woman who had sustained several fractures of her right leg and ankle, whose hospital bill was $59, whose doctor bill was $200, and who had lost wages in amount of $900, held not excessive.
