PERMANENT INJUNCTION ORDER

In light of the jury verdict finding defendants Gerald Berge, Peter Huibregtse and Brad Hompe liable for violating plaintiff's constitutional rights in this matter, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff Berrell Freeman's motion for a permanent injunction is GRANTED and defendants Gerald Berge, Peter Huibregtse and Brad Hompe are enjoined from withholding meals from plaintiff Berrell Freeman as a response to any rule violation that does not constitute an imminent security risk. I find that the relief granted in this order is narrowly drawn, extends no further than necessary to correct the alleged violation of plaintiff's federal rights and is the least intrusive means necessary to correct the alleged violation of plaintiff's federal rights.
