Action to recover damages, equivalent to brokerage, for breach of contract of employment of plaintiff to procure a purchaser of real property. Order granting defendants' motion for summary judgment, and judgment dismissing complaint entered in accordance therewith, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
