On January 31, 2023, Mr. Freedman filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order. In Mr. Freedman's motion, he seeks reconsideration of the Court's Order, served January 17, 2023, denying his Motion to Redetermine Interest Pursuant to Rule 261, filed September 15, 2022.

Upon due consideration of petitioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 6, 2023, respondent shall file a response to Mr. Freedman's Motion for Reconsideration of Order, filed January 31, 2023.
