ORDER DISMISSING ACTION

By order filed March 6, 2003, the Court dismissed plaintiffs complaint. The Court afforded plaintiff the opportunity to file an amended complaint no later than 30 days from the date of the order. To date, plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint.

Accordingly, for the reasons set forth in the order filed March 6, 2003, the Court hereby DISMISSES the above-entitled action without prejudice.

The Clerk shall close the file.
