ORDER
In this accelerated appeal, on December 2, 2013, the Bexar County district clerk notified this court that Appellant had failed to pay the clerk's fee for preparing the record and Appellant is not entitled to a free clerk's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(a). On December 5, 2013, we ordered Appellant to provide written proof to this court by December 16, 2013, that (1) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee, or (2) Appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee.
On December 6, 2013, the district clerk filed the clerk's record. Our December 5, 2013 clerk's record order is satisfied. Appellant's brief is due on December 27, 2013. See id. R. 38.6(a).
