ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES

Plaintiff, an inmate in the Adams County Detention Facility in Brighton, Colorado, has submitted a letter to the court complaining that his due process rights are being violated by jail officials. Although not entirely clear, Plaintiff apparently wishes to seek judicial relief in this court. Therefore, this civil action has been commenced. As part of the court's review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.2, the court has determined that the letter is deficient as described in this order. Plaintiff will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue his claims. If Plaintiff does not intend to pursue a civil action in this court regarding his allegations in the letter, he should advise the court of that fact and the instant action will be dismissed. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this order.

FURTHER ORDERED that, if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The dismissal shall be without prejudice.
