The Court admitted Exhibits 2-P, 6-P, and 10-P, Forms 1120. The Court's exhibit stamps on Exhibits 2-P, 6-P, and 10-P obscure the place on the forms designated for the preparer's signature on page 1 of each form.

It is

ORDERED that on or before July 7, 2023, the parties shall (1) execute a stipulation as to whether the preparer's signature appears on Exhibits 2-P, 6-P, and 10-P, or (2) execute a stipulation attaching a copy of page 1 of Exhibits 2-P, 6-P, and 10-P that is not obscured by the Court's exhibit stamp.
