Order reversed on the law and facts, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with $10 costs, and $500 is allowed for counsel fee and expenses of trial, and $100 per month, alimony, from November 1, 1928. Van Kirk, P.J., Hinman, Whitmyer, Hill and Hasbrouck, JJ., concur.
