Motion for an appeal from the Lewis Circuit Court. Defendants Irwin, Skidmore and Davenport fined $250 each for suffering gambling machines or contrivances on premises of Vanceburg Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Norman W. Bowman and Edwin V. Holder for movants.

Eldon S. Dummit, Attorney General, and Guy H. Herdman, Assistant Attorney General, opposed.


Appeal denied. Judgment affirmed.
