Opinion

September 30, 1947.

Motion for an appeal from the Lewis Circuit Court. Defendants Davenport and Skidmore fined $100 each and sentenced to 60 days in jail; defendant Irwin fined $50 and sentenced to 30 days in jail on charge of having liquor in their possession and for sale on property of Vanceburg Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Norman W. Bowman and E.V. Holder for movants.

Eldon S. Dummit, Attorney General, and Guy H. Herdman, Assistant Attorney General, for the Commonwealth.


Appeal denied. Judgment affirmed.
