On July 21, 2022, the parties filed two Proposed Stipulated Decisions at Doc. Nos. 8 and 9, respectively. Upon review, the first Proposed Stipulated Decision appears to provide the receipt for the filing of the Settlement Stipulation but not the actual proposed decision.
