By order of July 10, 2001, the application for leave to appeal from the March 3, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Koontz v Ameritech Services, Inc (Docket No. 116366). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on June 12, 2002, 466 Mich. 304 (2002), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the October 18, 1999 judgment of the Oakland County Circuit Court and REINSTATE the May 28, 1999 decision of the Employment Security Board of Review. Koontz v Ameritech Services, Inc, supra.
