Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


Judgment unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, unless the plaintiffs stipulate to reduce the verdict on the first cause of action to $1,000, in which event the judgment is modified by reducing the amount thereof as entered to the sum of $12,086.75, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
