This case is calendared for trial at the November 7, 2022, Seattle, Washington, Trial Session of the Court. On August 30, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, along with a Declaration of James A. Fraser in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment.

On September 15, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the call respondent requested an Oral Motion for Continuance. Petitioners did not object to respondent's request. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's November 7, 2022, Seattle, Washington, Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, November 7, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, petitioners' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed August 30, 2022, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 16, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
