Order, in so far as it denies defendant's motion to vacate a notice of examination of defendant before trial, and grants said examination as to items 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
