This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On October 18, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settlement, and respondent filed a Status Report requesting that the Court allow proposed stipulated decision documents to be filed no earlier than December 18, 2021. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 1. 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case or submit proposed stipulated decision documents.
