In an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien, order, conditionally granting plaintiff's motion to open his default and to vacate the judgment, affirmed, without costs; the order to be interpreted as requiring payment to be made within ten days after entry of an order hereon, and as referring to the October rather than the April term. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
