ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On October 26, 2021, respondent filed in the above-docked matter a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Answer and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding Answer. The motion explained that the Answer had not been filed due to inadvertence during efforts to obtain a prompt resolution.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Answer, filed October 26, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Answer, lodged October 26, 2021, as of the date of this Order is served.
