ORDER


In light of the undersigned's familiarity with this case, which was assigned to her as a Magistrate Judge, the court finds the interests of judicial economy and fairness will be served by revoking the referral to the Magistrate Judge currently assigned to the case. See Local Rule 302(d).

The hearing on petitioner's motion for an evidentiary hearing (doc. no. 90) is set at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in Courtroom Three.
