From the 227th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CR6149A
Honorable Melisa Skinner, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The reporter's record in this appeal was original due April 11, 2017. We previously granted court reporter Carol N. Castillo an extension of forty-nine days from the original due date, making her portion of the record due May 30, 2017. After a telephone call from the clerk's office of this court, advising Ms. Castillo that her record was past due, Ms. Castillo filed a second notification of late record, asking for an extension of time to June 22, 2017 - an extension of seventy-two days from the original due date and twenty-three days from the May 30, 2017 due date. After review, we GRANT Ms. Castillo's request for an extension of time and ORDER her to file her portion of the reporter's record in this court on or before June 22, 2017.
