Action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered by plaintiff as the result of a fall on premises owned by defendant which plaintiff alleged were negligently maintained in an unsafe condition. Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff entered on a jury verdict. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
