On January 9, 2023, at Docket No. 4970-22, docket entry 31, petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order. This Motion was stamped DENIED without prejudice, on January 11, 2023. The stamped Motion was filed at both docket entries 36 and 37. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, docket entry 36 is incorrect. Therefore, the Court will strike docket entry 36.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of Order, at Docket No. 4970-22, docket entry 36, stamped DENIED without prejudice, issued on January 11, 2023, is hereby stricken for the Court's record in this case.
