ORDER

On August 14, 2017, the parties filed a joint motion to retain sealed portions of the appellate record and the parties' briefs. The motion is GRANTED.
It is ORDERED that the portions of the record on appeal that were permanently sealed by the trial court as set forth in the chart attached to the parties' motion and labeled as Exhibit "A," including the stipulation filed on May 2, 2017, are to remain under seal. It is ORDERED that the parties' unredacted briefs are to remain under seal as originally filed. Attached to the parties' motion are redacted versions of the parties' briefs. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties will be permitted to file the redacted versions of their briefs, which will not be filed under seal.
The Clerk of this Court is ORDERED to continue to maintain and keep under seal the portions of the record on appeal that were permanently sealed by the trial court as set forth in the chart attached to the parties' motion and labeled Exhibit "A." The Clerk of this Court is ORDERED to maintain and keep under seal the versions of the briefs previously filed by the parties. The Clerk of this Court is FURTHER ORDERED to file the redacted versions of the parties' briefs that are attached to the parties' motion. The redacted versions of the briefs are not to be filed under seal.
