On July 6, 2022 the Court served an Order directing petitioner Connie Frankel to file with the Court a Ratification of Petition bearing an original signature and stating, if such be the case, that petitioner Connie Frankel read the petition filed June 23, 2022, and ratify and affirms the filing of said document. To date, the Court has received no such ratification from petitioner Connie Frankel. Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner Connie Frankel shall file with the Court a Ratification of Petition is extended to March 16, 2023.
