Resettled order denying plaintiff's motion to preclude the defendant from offering evidence at the trial of the action as to matters alleged in the affirmative defenses, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
