Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by allowing an examination before trial as to items 3, 9, 11, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, and, as so modified, affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
