Action on promissory notes. Appeal by plaintiff from judgment for him on part of his claim. Same case see 238 Ill. App. 621 (abstract), reversed in 323 Ill. 46.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon Charles F. McKinley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
