An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 15, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And counsel for plaintiff-appellant, Tamara M. Harris, Esq., having moved to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff-appellant, and for an adjournment of said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the appeal to the March 2020 Term. The motion, to the extent it seeks to relieve counsel, is denied, with leave to renew upon submission of proof of service upon plaintiff-appellant via regular mail at his last known address.
