ORDER

ADAM B. LANDY SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the March 13, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona, Trial Session of the Court.

On October 20, 2021, petitioner filed a petition disputing the Notice of Deficiency (Notice) issued to her for tax year 2018. In her petition, petitioner disputes the assertion of unreported income, the disallowance of certain deductions, and the assertion of the civil fraud penalty, pursuant to I.R.C. § 6663.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2023, the parties shall file written reports (jointly or separately): (1) identifying the specific issues remaining in dispute, (2) describing the efforts that the parties have undertaken or plan to undertake to settle this matter, (3) informing the Court whether the party plans to file any pretrial motion(s) and, if so, the nature of such motion(s), (4) discussing the status of petitioner's request for innocent spouse relief, pursuant to I.R.C. § 6015, and (5) discussing the parties' preparation of a stipulation of facts.
