MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated May 4, 2005, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee for this appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. By letter dated May 4, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file a proper docketing statement with the Court within ten days of the date of the letter. Appellant was warned that failure to provide a proper docketing statement would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed a proper docketing statement.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
