BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. Relator, Kenneth Francis, seeks mandamus relief from this Court contending that the district court commissioner held a hearing on the merits of his habeas pleading on October 17, 2012, and has not issued a recommendation to the district court. The writ is granted and the district court is ordered to direct the commissioner to issue recommendations within thirty days of the date of this action.
