ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION, OR ALTERNATIVELY, FOR RELIEF FROM JUDGMENT

On January 19, 2005, this Court issued an order which, among other things, imposed an award of attorney's fees against plaintiffs Scott Heineman and Kurt Johnson and their counsel Thomas Spielbauer. Mr. Heineman and Mr. Johnson, now proceeding pro se, request that the Court reconsider that ruling or, alternatively, grant them relief under Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiffs have failed to establish a basis for relief under either Northern District Local Rule 7-9 or Rule 60. The motion is thus DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
