In a separation action, order denying motion for temporary alimony and counsel fees, and referring to the discretion of the trial justice the matter of allowing a counsel fee to plaintiff, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
