ANDREW T. FOX, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

This case was set for trial at the Court's St. Louis session beginning October 24, 2022; but petitioner filed a motion (Doc. 19) to change the place of trial to Nashville, Tennessee, and the Commissioner does not object (see Doc. 22). On October 17, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties, during which they reported that the case may be settled soon. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the calendar of the upcoming St. Louis trial session, and that the case will not be called at that session, but that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that, for the time being, the motion to change place of trial is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that, if the parties have not filed a proposed stipulated decision before November 21, 2022, then by that date they shall file a status report or another appropriate filing.
